Rob Lockwood is a Highland Bagpiper / Scottish Smallpiper in Virginia Beach and is available to play for weddings, memorials, military functions and other special events in SE Virginia and NE North Carolina. Rob has over 31 years of piping experience, both as a solo performer and competitor and in the pipe and drum band setting. Rob also has over 25 years experience in teaching the Great Highland Bagpipe in the several bands with which he has been affiliated and in private lessons.
