Each of our cakes are specially designed by our very own Alex Meek, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Baking and Pastry School with six years of experience in baking and patisserie. Whether it be your wedding, anniversary, birthday, or just because cake; Alex will be your personal decorator to assist you with your needs.
When Halfmann's Cake Cottage first opened, we specialized in birthday and wedding cakes only. Because of a need in the community for other baked products, we started baking a few cookies and pies. As our reputation for quality cakes and bakery products grew, we added more items to the product list.
Granbury Cakes is owned by a third generation baker, whose recipes have tradition and excellence. We bake the best tasting wedding cakes in town, whether it is our version of traditional vanilla butter cake or one of our many other combinations of flavors and fillings.
