Spacious, rustic, inviting, and nostalgic are a few words used to describe Ava’s Place. Ava’s Place is a fully renovated barn that serves as the focal point of any gathering. The upper level accommodates up to 200 guests, and the lower dining area has seating for 125 with additional patio dining.
Douglas Manor would like to offer a relaxed atmosphere for your special event. There will be no hourly limits on the day of your event and all outside vendors are welcome. We also only allow one event per day. We will be there the day of your event guiding to help ensure a smooth and memorable celebration.
Our 4200 sq. foot Crystal Chandelier Barn is available 7 days a week for Weddings, Special Occasions, Spiritual Retreats, Family Reunions, Class Reunions, Proms, Anniversaries, Holiday Parties, & Birthday Parties.
