We are a local business, family owned and operated. We make from scratch with NO preservatives. We just opened in the historic Delano District on Douglas just west of the river. We don't bake the cake until you order it. Most dessert cakes wil be available the next day, but for a decorated cake, allow an additional 24 to 48 hours.
