The wedding site is located on a farm, located about 1.5 miles north of Toulon, Illinois. The company is owned and operated by the owner, Fred Sams. One contact person for everything. The pavilion will hold 150 guests comfortably with the wedding area near the pavilion and overlooking the pond and farm. Tables and chairs are included in the rental cost with a cooler and kegerator available for rent. There is ample parking by the pavilion. Alcohol and food may be brought onto the grounds.
Vesta seats more than 150 guests, including a private dining area with presentation equipment for meatings. During the summer months, Vesta seats 80 guests for dining and drinks on the spacious patio in front of the Marriott.
