The Nicolosi Catering Family has been in business since 1951. Our motto is "let our family serve your family." We offer a 21st century wedding at 20 century prices. Our cuisine is exceptional. Prime Hospitality Catering grew organically. Brandywine Prime Seafood and Chops opened in 2007. Since then we have been fortunate enough to win a Best of Philly award, Best of Delaware, Best of the Main Line and numerous Wine Spectator awards. Our catering division humbly started out as “favors” for some of our most frequent restaurant patrons. As the “favors” transformed into weddings and corporate events, Prime Hospitality Catering was launched.
