The chocolate shop opened in 2006 and, though it can boast the tiniest bathroom in town, it still offers Sarah and crew room to experiment and grow. Sarah isn't the only one thinking up new recipes at Alma. She's hired other talented chocolatiers. This is definitely a situation where too many chefs is a good thing.
