Second Unitarian Church, affectionately called 2U, is available to host your wedding day. The building is designed in the Prairie style of architecture. The sanctuary is warm and inviting, with brick walls, a high beamed ceiling, and stained glass windows featuring a neutral wreath motif. Historic Hall with a private outdoor garden for ceremonies, a back-up hall in case of inclement weather and then also a main reception hall. Couples may bring in ANY caterer of their choosing and also bring in their own alcohol (licensed bartender must serve). Owned by a non-profit, within two blocks of Main Street in Lake Geneva. Most hotels are 3 blocks away -- easy walking distance for guests.
We are a small New England-style Presbyterian church located in the western suburbs of Chicago. Our wedding services include use of our sanctuary and two wedding coordinators at your rehearsal and on your wedding day. Our pastor and organist may also be engaged. Our sanctuary seats 250 people.
