Hello, My name is Dawn. I was born in NJ, and raised in CA and have been in the Central Valley for over 20 years. I am a graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and have been baking for over 25 years. All of my confections are created with the finest ingredients including sweet cream butter, Ghirardelli and Scharffen Berger chocolates, pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, fresh bananas, carrots, apples and strawberries and natural citrus zests.
