Every photographer should be aware of timelines on a wedding day, even those photographing photojournalistic or lifestyle techniques. You, the bride, need a guideline of what's happening. After all, you do have a timeline on your ceremony and your venues, correct? You are not just winging it and having your ceremony when you see fit to do so, correct? Telling your guests when to arrive, what will be happening next, etc... So too should there be a guideline on your photography. So that you know what should be going on and with whom. If someone else is constructing your guidline/timeline, please be sure that they work closely with your photographer, after all, the photographers are the ones taking your photos. And if your photos are important to you, allow them to have some say in the timeline, as they know what it is going to take to make those beautiful...
