Jean-Jacques Gabrillargues, founder of Jean-Jacques' Culinary Creations, was born in Paris, France. In 2006, Jean-Jacques' catering division combined forces with Mary and Vinny Scelsi of Colonial Caterers. Together, they cater many of the weddings and special events.
